  • We do not guarantee that you will receive a specific number of quotes.
  • The quotes you receive are provided by independent funeral directors, not by us.
  • We do not endorse any particular funeral director, and inclusion in our network does not constitute a recommendation.
  • We are not a party to any contract between you and a funeral director.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Obligations

When using our Site and Services, you agree to:

  • Quotes provided by funeral directors are their own and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
  • Prices shown on our Site are indicative and may vary based on your specific requirements.
  • You are under no obligation to accept any quote or engage any funeral director.

6. Our Partner Funeral Directors

All funeral directors in our network undergo a vetting process before being accepted. However:

  • We do not employ, supervise, or control the funeral directors in our network. They are independent businesses.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or suitability of services provided by any funeral director.
  • Any contract for funeral services is between you and the funeral director directly.
  • Any disputes regarding funeral services should be directed to the funeral director in the first instance. If you are unable to resolve a dispute, you may contact us for assistance, but we are not obligated to mediate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of QuoteHeaven Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
